Role

• Built the Premier Account Upgrade module from scratch, enabling customers to upgrade their accounts and access Premier Benefits, impacting over 900,000 potential users and significantly contributing to Premier conversions.
• DDesigned and oversaw the rollout of a complete account closure module with a five-person engineering team, improving online closure rates from 30% to 60% and greatly decreasing dependence on offline processes.
• Redesigned the bankers and advisors contact section within the Account Summary, resulting in improved functionality of the dashboard page.
• Technologies and tools leveraged include ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, Less, Node.js, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, accessibility best practices, code splitting, Webpack, CI/CD, CMS, Figma, Git, micro frontend architecture, pair programming, end-to-end testing, Agile, and Jira.

• Developed and integrated the importing Module, where users can import data for a particular entity and provide the configurations of the data and preview it.
• Developed the View and Cross reference modules where users can view their data according to configuration and check the records that got matched.

Happay-Travel is one of the core modules in Happay Expense Management. Happay-Travel will drastically reduce the efforts to book flights and hotels for the Customer. It helps the customer’s choose the travel option with their company policy and take care of complete approval cycle.

Role

• Developed the complete cycle of Hotel’s Module where users can search the hotel’s across the globe and book it depending on their company policies.
• Building the Bookings Module where users Manage his booking and start the workflow process.
• Played a crucial role in improving the performance of expense and travel modules.
• Mentoring and collaborating the team to develop the complete Travel module.

Role

• Worked mostly with decorating the charts with Jfreechart library.
• Enhanced the features of Tabular Reports with defect fixing and testing across browser.
• Designed and Developed Multi category charts both in graphical and tabular view.
• Involved in writing Automation scripts using Javascript for automated testing of the product.
• Testing the product from end to end and fixing the bugs.
• Handling Customer Support in understanding requirements and guiding them to write queries to fetch the data.
